BareSoap Co. currently ships within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

After your order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates only.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. BareSoap Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, BareSoap Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or stolen packages. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier first. You may also contact us and we will do our best to help.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery at svytry123@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
